BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – CABLE CONTAINMENT SOLUTIONS – GERMANY
Unitrunk Europe is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our cable containment solutions across key mission-critical sectors, including data centres, commercial construction, industrial environments, nuclear facilities, and other high-integrity electrical installation markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within Germany and wider European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the electrical supply chain, including electrical contractors, consultants, OEMs, specifiers, and major electrical wholesalers.
- Promote our cable containment products through technical presentations, site visits, and project engagement at all stages of the design and installation process.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within mission-critical sectors.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in sales, technical, and operations to support customer requirements and ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Proven business development or technical sales experience in the cable containment, electrical installation, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong network within wholesalers, contractors, and end-clients in the region.
- Solid understanding of electrical installation practices, especially in high-reliability environments.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout Germany and occasionally within Europe.
- A driven professional with proven organisational skills and a demonstrable track record in success and out-performing objectives
- Based in Germany (ideally Frankfurt region), with strong communication skills in German and English.
